The study note proves by consumption of avocados with salads effectively helps in weight management, blood glucose control and ideal cardiovascular health.

10. Dark Chocolate


Many chocolates which effect to weight gain program. But dark chocolate is actually effective in weight loss program. Dark chocolate contains very high quantity of cocoa is rich in antioxidants which help you to slim down faster. It even revives your metabolism to burn fat with higher rate.

A 2014 study which published in Physiotherapy Research shows the possibility implication of dark chocolate in the proper modulation of obesity and also the body weight.

Dark chocolate also useful in reducing the expression of genes involved in fatty acid synthesis, thus it reduces the absorption and digestion of fats and carbohydrates, and increasing satiety.
