Ginger –Tulsi Mixture

Ginger and Tulsi both have medicinal properties. In Ayurveda both plays big role. Take ginger juice and mixed with few drops honey and crushed tulsi. This mixture will help to get relief from cough.

Sauté garlic

Take some garlic cloves and sauté it in ghee. When this is warm, consume it. It can help you to get relief from common cold and cough.

Carrot juice

Carrot juice is very helpful for fight against Cough. It prevent from create cough. It seems little unconventional but its works.

Carom Seeds (ajwain)

Prepare a mixture of a teaspoon carom seeds (aswain) and tulsi leaves.  Now add some water and boil this mixture. It can help to keep the cough in check. It also play an effective role in relieving chest congestion.

Ginger tea

In winter season we all prefer ginger tea and everyone should have it. It helps by drying up your dripping noise. It also expels phlegm from respiratory tract. Ginger is most common home remedies to treat common cold and help to speed your recovery process.
