Ingredients –

  • 1 kg chicken fillets
  • 3 tabs coconut oil (crushed it)
  • 1 small piece of ginger (fine chopped)
  • 1 Large onion (average sized chopped)

Little amount of chopped Vegetables (butternut, broccoli, carrots, Zucchini or courgette , cauliflower, green beans, snap peas and red paper etc.)


Step 1– Chopped your chicken fillets and steams it until cooked and set aside.

 Step 2- Stir fries everything (ginger, onion, vegetables) in coconut oil for few minutes.

Step 3 – Now add 250 ml Coconut Milk, 250 ml Chicken Stock, 1 teaspoon cumin and 1 tablespoon Curry powder.

Step 4 – At last, adds chicken and keeps it on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Now wait and when sauces become thicker, serve it.
